Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho

The movie is basically picturised on mentality of a person named Psycho whose life is filled with some unexpected past. When the movie starts, the first half by the entry of Anthony Perkins Psycho. The main character is very well portrait in the movie which defines the mentality of Anthony Perkins Psycho. The best scene is the shot when a lead actress Janet Leigh come in the hotel when its raining and Anthony Perkins  comes wetting and he has an umbrella in his hand. The next plot where the Psycho  Anthony Perkins offers to have a food in the office cabin and in the conversation he explains about his hobbies of stuffing birds and his passion about it.

After the first half the movie is filled with so many thrilling camera angles and the terrifying horror music. The music which is been used in the film is of violin from the start till the movie ends. As we all know Violin is a symbol of romance and emotional feeling but as we seen in the movie Psycho the use of violin is totally opposite. All the composition of the music plays a very vital role all through the movie.
The camera angle used in the movie covers the wide angle shots and some are closeup shots.
In the film there are 10 mail characters who plays equally to meet the storyline of the movie. This film was the low budget movie during 1960. Alfred Hitchcock decided to shoot Psycho in Black & White which created a new emergence of picturising the thrill movie.

The script of the movie defines strongly about the feminist feelings as director’s taste implementation of feminism is famous in Hollywood, but the way of narration is just pitch perfect and the movie hits the mind of the people of all age. A Psycho is the best example to the one who is found of suspense thriller movies. Psycho has all the elements to hit all the upcoming movies.

This movie is the mixture of Rasa theory the classic French theory and some small implementation of other theories like Fourgrounding, Russian, and montage theory to add the script with good convincing story line. This movie is one of the best example of remix of theories as no were we can see any kind of over implementation of theory with out any reason , behind every scean their is a glance of theory to express and relate the importance of that particular situation. This is the best film who gave a new turin the history of thriller film making.

Alice in Wonderland.

Alice in Wonderland is a totally an animated movie but still this film was also build on the different filmmaking theories. The common theory Rasa is used nicely to show the situation of the characters in a specific manner. There is Fourgrounding theory to describe the detail importance of the seans in the movie.

Alice in Wonderland is that despite its title implying that it is a new adaptation .Directed by Tim Burton’s flair imagery the pattern of telling stories are totally different than others. Alice in Wonderland is a fairy tale based story but equally pictured for all type of people i.e from childern's to old people can equally enjoy the movie. In this Movie the first hour deals with the experiments of new Graphics and VFX . A 3-D adaptation live action of Lewis Carroll’s two Alice books. It cause to make a rapid succession of short very beautifully.

The 19 year old Alice rides in a carriage to a gathering at a stately home. It gradually the first appearance of light in the sky before sunrise on her that this is her engagement party. The new version of Alice in Wonderland, impresses with its technological things and good acting cast. Alice is portrayed as a disobedient child of aristocratic origins, who questions the propriety of the culture around her. Inspired by her father Alice’s character struggles throughout with the destiny which the cast of Wonderland characters says is written into the future Alice first hears that the fates have declared the purpose of her second visit to Wonderland to be regicide.

The movie has a lot of fun. The designs are all portrayed in a well manner with hints, and the Computer Graphics effects are all well framed so that they never detract from the story, only enhance it. Wonderland seems both magical and dangerous. Alice is very out of place in a world where nothing is as it seems. What really makes this movie though, are the visual effects employed to make the film really seem as though nothing is as it looks. The sets and costumes of character are beautiful and with 3D effects that hurtle us through the rabbit hole right along with Alice. Alice is also presented as something of a shy kind, and her resistance to marriage and contemporary fashions adds interest to the otherwise dull introductory scenes.

This “Alice in Wonderland” is a good movie when it comes to children’s stories not only for children, not also it challenge to the makers to make family pictures. The plot is a little darker than it is in their animated classic, but not dark enough to turn people off to it. It’s a fun film the whole family will enjoy. Though the story is same and has pictured many times by others directors but still Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland stands out only because of the technical aspects and the engaging tone of storytelling.
